I need a handheld like the IPAC or the Symbol devices, having the dollowing:
1- microsoft operating system (CE.net or WinCE or PockectPC, etc..)
2- GPRS connection
3- USB port, to be able to connect it to a finger scan device
4- another port to be able to connect to a Magnetic Card Reader
5- price less than 900 USD

I am not a Google Answers Researcher.

This may or may not make your qualifications, it's just over $900, but
has USB and GPRS modem card and serial connections (you can get a
serial barcode reader:

Well, let me caveat a bit, the way the site is written, the GPRS modem
card is installed, but the intonation of the page may indicate that it
is an option. It isn't explicit either way.
