Can you provide a little more detail on your question?  When you say
"right," are you asking for a subjective opinion from a researcher? 
What kind of support group are you talking about?  What section of the
financial industry?  What kind of detail are you expecting to see in

organization? What is the apporpiate "rule of thumb" for size of
staff? What are the broad types skills required to handle various
