Hi cybersun-ga,

What you need is a stretching exercise. It is not one of those
where you stretch your body standing up. You need extra help through
weights stretching your legs or some other part of the body(while you
are lying down on your back), along the length of your body. What you
will achieve is the lengthening of your bones(mostly the legs) over a
long period of time(say in about a years time, with continued stretching
for atleast half hour everyday). An inversion table could help doing
the same with the least amount of strain, while improving your back
flexibility and posture. But do not attempt a complete inversion, since
it could cause hemorrhage in your head. You could also do swinging on
a bar(thrusting your legs out as you swing out),but you need enough
strength on your hands and is not very suitable for above medium body
weight. Games such as basketball should also help a lot in increasing
the height. Inaddition to exercise, you could take supplements that could
help bone growth(calcium with vitD,phosphorus, magnesium, zinc), to make
sure you grow healthier and stronger bones.
Note: Once you increase your height, there is no way you will be able to
reduce it, other than through a major surgery.

Cybersun,

Other than improving your posture, there's little you can do. Women
stop growing at 22 and men at 25. Since you are already 24, most of
your growing is done. The vast majority of your growth occurs in
puberty. You might have probably do something about your hight much
earlier than puberty, but even then your hight is highly determined by
your genes if you have been well nurished throughout your childhood
and beyond.

Hello There-

One of the most important things that people fail to remember is good
posture. I always felt a lot shorter than I actually was, because due
to excessive work at a computer sitting at a desk all day, my
shoulders were always rolled forward and my spine, curved.

A great solution is ShouldersBack. www.shouldersback.net

Check it out.
