My wholesale company ships from the largest inventory of DVDs, and we
will offer the largest collection of trailers (preview clips) for
first run and independent movies.  We are currently seeking help
finding Web sites that have the newest trailers.

The best place to download the latest movie trailers is at the Apple
website, all of the major movie studios allow Apple to place links at
their site for people to download them for free.

It updates daily with a list of the latest movie trailers and the
trailer release date.

Every major movie studio also now has a website at which you can
download their latest trailers.  A list of the movie studio sites can

Further to ipfan-ga's comments, you *will* need to seek permission to
host any trailers upon your website no matter where you download them
from.  All trailers and their content will remain the property of the
company that produced the film.  This would not stop you from linking
to a page that allows you to download the latest trailers (as long as
you do not link directly to the download file) on the movie studio or
Apple's site.

I haven't visited each site but answer seems very complete, and

Apple's terms of use at http://www.apple.com/legal/default.html state:
"Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the
Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded,
posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or
distributed in any way (including ?mirroring?) to any other computer,
server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or
for any commercial enterprise, without Apple?s express prior written
consent."

It sounds like you are engaging in a "commercial enterprise" and will
need Apple's permission and or the studio's permission to reproduce
and distribute any clips you dowload from the site . . . Trailer sites
generally contemplate personal viewing and downloading--not commercial
reproduction and distribution . . .

I see, so downloading to redistribute is out, but pointing cusotmers
to their sites, that have the trailers is OK, if they permit?

Seems understandable, considering the fact that they want the control
over disitribution, which is important.
