I am currently looking for a reliable, proven, cost-effective
webhosting company.  I am willing to pay $50-$150 per year (or more if
there is true value).  Data storage = at least 200MB.  Data transfer =
unlimited.  PHP, MYSQL, CGI-BIN needs to be supported.  Preferably,
testimonials from 3rd party would be great to demonstrate quality.
