I'd like to find sources for best-practices / decision criteria in
sunsetting (i.e. retiring) retail software.  For example: How is the
decision made to sunset a product that has x in revenue, y in cost,
but brand name valued at z?
Actual best practices not required, just wanting to find sources for
additional independent research on this.
