"Tabouche" certainly sounds like it could (and should?) be the brand
name for a line of jewelry, but I'm not finding mention of it in my
searches.

Can you kindly double-check the name and let us know if it might vary
at all from the spelling you provided.

Thanks.

Though I haven't tracked down the Tabbouche (and thanks to pinkfreud
for the correct name), there are a fair number of elegant topaz cross
necklaces for sale, in a variety of styles and price ranges, such as
this one:

Would you like me to identify other options for you as an answer to your question?

Let me know.

There is a jeweler named "Tabbouche," but I could not find a topaz
cross necklace by this jeweler.

Discovered this necklace at Neiman Markus. They want too much money
($3300). They are probably trying to conseal the name of the
manufacturer.
