Could you please tell me where I might locate any birth certificate of
any U.S. born person which has printed on it the phrase 'Banker's
Note' or any other phrase indicating it may be used as a negotiable
instrument in the banking arena? I would like a copy of such birth
certificate when it is located.

Hey, this is a pretty interesting question,
can you offer any more background info? I'd
like to do some offline research, but people
are a LOT less yielding than the net ;o)

Specific example of certificate, location,
time frame, what type of office issued it.
Since it's a note associated with a bank...
does that mean it's a "Legal Tender" thing?
Would it have been issued after the 'official
certificate'?

I realize this is part of what you are
asking also, but if you have any info
already, that would serve as a better
starting point for us.

thanks

Hi AI,

Yes, it is an interesting topic.

Maybe this will help you with your research. My sources say that we,
as U.S. citizens, have been pledged as collateral for a debt owed
to the world debt from before the Revolutionary war, (among others)
and that our birth certificates are used (unbeknownst to us, of course)
as negotiable instruments (yes, much like legal 'tender') and are held
at the DEPOSITORY TRUST CORPORATION, where they are sent upon our
birth. I need to know if this can be verified AND, actually just as
importantly, I need a COPY of at least ONE OF THESE BIRTH CERTIFICATES.
ANY assistance is GREATLY appreciated!

Sincerely,

Quater

AI,

Sorry, I don't know what years you would need to look for. I know
it would not be recent. (Probably older than 50 years, I'm guessing.)

Simply don't know. But REALLY NEED an answer.

Thanks,

Quater

How very strange! the website below gives an explanation of it all.

"Over the past four years I have spoken with several individuals who
claim to have received documentation from the Department of Commerce
that would suggest that documents based on their Birth Certificates
are being used as commercial instruments."

Good Luck finding one!

Thank you, however I am already aware of much of the information contained
on that link. I am looking for actual VERIFICATION that these specific
birth certificates DO INDEED exist. I need to find a copy of one also.
