Can you please clarify what you mean by "organize your articles"?  Do
you require just a weblog solution?

I can provide you with a couple of solutions that have the following content:

Project management

Sorry, I wasnt clear enough.
What I want is something to keep bits of ideas that come to me, as
soon as they come, put them in different categories (i.e. projects)
then do the writing process in the same place. moving the "ideas" up
and down is important, organising them in mindmaps would be great. it
is more like a writers-workbench than a phProjekt.
If anything can do the same, I would be thankful to know it(Gnu-portal
with password is the best, standalone solutions is my last option).
