There was a song featured on the movie Snatch (2001). It played
primarily as the theme for the character of Boris the Blade (aka Boris
the Bullet Dodger). The song seems russian in nature and probably
being played using a russian folk instrument known as the balalaika.
It is not found on the soundtrack (which I have) and I'm pretty sure
that it is not on the movie's score (which I haven't seen around). I
would like to know where I can artist and song name??

This tune (in a different arrangement) is featured in the movie "Snatch":

Does this sound like the melody of the music you're looking for?

No that link provided by pinkfreud-ga is Hava Nagila (Jewish Folk)...
The song I am searching for is Russian.

It is not Zorba the Greek either. I am familiar with this song as
well. Definetly not it.

It is found on mostly any scene that introduces Boris the Blade into
it. I will place a link with a mid sample soon.

This is a melody that is often used in films involving Russians.

Does this sound like your tune?

Here's another possibility (a rather ugly arrangement, but you can
hear the melody plainly enough):

Are you sure the tune you were referring to wasn't greek rather than
russian, as I think I know what you're talking about... it wouldn't be
'zorba the greek' by any chance would it?

Which particular scene/how far into the movie are you talking about?
I'm going to have a look at the film myself now.

I suspect the track you're after could be Hava Nagila, a traditional
Jewish song. Take a look at
http://www.geocities.com/josephnow3/hava/1.htm which has a version of
the song available to listen to.

I could be wrong, as I can't vet my response before posting it (No
speakers on this PC) :)

I've had a listen and it's the tune from the game Tetris. Is that what you're after?

Here you go!
http://membres.lycos.fr/balalaikas/extraits/colporteur-sample.mp3

Its called "The Peddler"(Korobushka) and it is traditional russain
folk(so there is no author) song performed on balalaika. Its about 150
years old. Words are written by the russian poet N. Nekrasov and you
can listen to the version with lyrics here:
