Terrestrial & Cable tv are Government monopolies controlled through licensees. Satellite tv is dominated by Sky. Forget it! |

if that is the case how do new channels come on digital ie , a new auction channel comes up every 2 weeks these are obviously businesses tapping into wide audiences . Within reason anyone must be able to start a new channel on digital with sufficient finances and business plan if they have a fairly new idea ?? |

Try writing to the people who have also set up small, independent channels. eg Rapture, Extreme etc... they will probably be able to at least tell you how they did it |
