Question 1; From drum beat 1 to drum beat 60, how much time has elepsed?

Question 2; Now, what is the answer to the original problem?

I can certainly answer question number one...but can you clarify what
you mean with question number two?  What "original problem"?

I feel as though there's some trickery going on here....
