How many PhDs in computing/computer science graduated in 2003 in the
US, and worldwide? How many of the US PhDs were from Ivy League
universities?

In case it helps, I have already been here,
http://nces.ed.gov/programs/digest/d02/tables/dt255.asp, where 2002
stats are the latest available (not broken by Ivy League, and not
worldwide).

There's no such thing as Ivy League PhDs.

The Ivy League is just an undergraduate athletics conference. Graduate
schools are not in the Ivy League because they don't have sports
teams.
