Need top 10 list(s) of Emotional movies

I need 1 or more top 10 list of the more emotionally gutwrenching or
sad movies of the last 1-3 decades.

Films that have scenes that provoke tears. Empire of the Sun is one
that comes to mind. It is about a boy who gets lost during the war in
Singapore and is finally placed in a Japanese prisoner of war camp.
