If you want any movies to play on a regular DVD player you will need to convert your movie to Mpeg2 and then author it to a DVD disk |

It is a form of compression and all DVD burn programs do it on the fly while burning your DVD , unfortunately i do not have much experience with Mac software so I will give you a few links to DVD burn programs and leave it up to you to test them and see if they fit your needs http://www.download.com/sort/3120-20-0-1-2.html?qt=DVD+burn&author=&titlename=&desc=&os=93&swlink=false |
