I currently use Outlook 2003 and would like an additional "custom" Date button added to the toolbar. The functionality would be as follows: Pressing the button will select the current date and the remaining Business Days left in the week. So Monday would function as the "5 Work Week" button does today, however on Wednesday the button would select Wednesday - Friday. This date button would have a similar style icon. The text on the icon should read "Work Week" I would like this to be the default calendar view when Outlook 2003 opens to the Calendar the first time. Changing the date or date range selected would function as is (that is, do not change the default view every time the Calendar tab is selected). Also, I am not asking that Outlook 2003 opens to the Calendar automatically when the application is launched, only that when the Calendar is opened the first time the remaining business days are selected. The implementation of this code into Outlook 2003 should be easy for a novice computer user and should be fully tested and functioning as described. |
