Hi,
Hope all is great!
Which "database program" or "contact management" system is best for a
company that will manage approximately 100,000 contacts. The primary
purpose of the system will be to "permission market" to these clients
via email/internet as well as notify the user of birthdays, individual
events for the purpose of nurturing the clients. Ideally, it will
also be intelligent -- able to track clients buying patterns within
our organization. In the past, I have used Act, Goldmine, and
Outlook. Perhaps a comparison of the top 3 contact
management/database systems would be fabulous.
Thank You:) Love and peace, Kivo

Hi Kivo,
I have written a program which handles client relationship management.
It is similar to what you are after. It is used by financial services
companies.

It records all customer information including what products (financial
services) the customers have with the company.

It enables the company to view and print all birthdays for their
customers that are due in the coming months. Also view any
appointments that are scheduled to come up.

The program is very easy to use and highly functional.

If you would like more information if it could suit your needs visit
my webpage at www.affordablesolutions.com.au and contact me.

Peace!
