I need some research tools that will allow me to research a home purchase like I would research a stock or bond purchase. I am in the Columbus Ohio, Franklin and Delaware county areas. I have plenty of tools by realtors to locate the number of bathrooms and garage styles I could ever want. I am specifically loooking for growth in housing price over time like you would want for a industrial sector. Where is the best area for housing value appreciation over 5 - 10 - 15 years. What style of house proves to be the best investment, single family, condo, multifamily, modular. Do the number of bathrooms or bedrooms affect eventual resale value? My price range is between $70 and $140 K and I want to focus on the northern half of the city from east to west in that price range. |
