I would need to know the monthly rental asking prices and occupancy
rates for "top villas" in Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, St Tropez in
2003.  For this purpose, I define top villas as property with more
than 6 bedrooms.

For example, the website of the property company www.burger-davies.com
shows that in Cannes, they offer one villa with 6 bedrooms, one with 8
bedrooms and one villa with 9 bedrooms.

Full data on 2-3 villas in each town would be ok, on more than 6
villas in each town it would be good.
