Windows Xp Home Installed.when using Expert Software program "MS
Word"onto Run CBT an error message labelled "Internal error
main_w,217" comes up.on clicking ok another small window  tells me an
error has occured.I click "ignore" and am told CBT causes a general
protection fault at Module CBT.Exe at 0011:9c10. If I click on "close"
CBT 31996 will close and it does so indeed. Any solution Please
