Stephen Francis Snodgrass, son of Rilla and Mark, was born Aug 12, 1978, and died May 4, 1997. He was living in Canfield, OH when he died. I was his girlfriend at the time, and would like to visit his grave. I've forgotten the location, but it would be along the OH-PA/WV border, in a large cemetary. His plot is on a hillside. I'd like to know the name and location of the cemetary, and a description or map or something of his plot, if possible. Thank you. | |

I haven't located any information on your friend's grave, but I found that you can order a copy of his death certificate from the Ohio Department of Health for a modest fee: http://www.odh.state.oh.us/VitStats/certified.htm Although these certificates vary from state to state, they often include enough information to allow you to contact those who knew your friend, or who handled the procedures for deciding on his final resting place. Good luck. pafalafa-ga |

Hello erinmae-ga, Here are some more leads. It seems Rilla was in Montana in 1999-2000 and had a new e-mail address. Good luck. ~ czh ~ http://216.239.57.104/search?q=cache:54CGuCJ5RpMJ:www.paraarchives.com/wots/2000/2000-12-04-01a.htm+%22Rilla+Surber%22&hl=en WOTS 12/4/2000 #8. Well, I have no way of knowing if the form I submitted went through, but the email I sent to psychic@christel.nu came back undeliverable, so that's 4 email addresses I've tried that don't work. Thanks for the help... keep sending those suggestions! Erin |

Erin, Hi... I know this is quite a ways after your original post, but I just realized that tomorrow is Steve's 8th anniversary and I thought I'd do a google search... and here I find you. Apropos, actually. This is Danielle and though I have long since blocked out the memory of everything, I think I can find the original obit that may give us some clues. If you are still out there, email me back daniellelloyd@aol.com |
