I am doing market research of the U.S. ice cream parlor industry and
need some help finding whatever data I can get. What I need most is
the history from the 1960s to present of the ice cream parlor industry
in terms of sales growth and trend changes over the years. I am trying
to learn what the overall industry sales figures were of ice cream in
ice cream parlors from about the 1960s to now, and hopefully some
detail behind those numbers. If I can't get data as far back as the
'60s, more recent sales history would still help a lot.
