We are a online experts company that wishes to have computer telephony
integration solution which does the following:

(1) Allows customers to schedule a conference call with a particular
expert through
our website. They should be able to give their phone number in a web based form.

Then our website/system calls both the student and the tutor at a requested time.

(2) Allows customer to dial an extension on our 800 nummber so that they can
connect with a particular expert (each has their unique extension) and
discuss their needs.

The duration of the call should be monitored for billing purposes. The billing
information needs to be also shows on the website.

We would like to start small as we are expanding our
business and have ample time to work out the bugs.
