I would like to know the names of all Americans and dual-citizenship
British-Americans serving the US as diplomats to the UK between 1970
and 2001.  I am looking for the names of ambassadors, deputy
ambassadors (if there is such a thing) heads of consulates and any
other top-level or near top-level person.  No penalties for
substantial answers that are somehow incomplete.  All is negotiable in
good humor.
