How can i confirm if someone has property in Iran. i have the property
address in Esfahan iran written in english but need to confirm who
owns the property. Will a bank in Iran give confirmation of an account
holder, i am his wife.

I dont think you could get any confirmation from banks. They might be
willing to help if you have the authority (from the justice dep. i.e.
"Dâdgostaree".) 
Why dont you talk to a lawyer who has connections in Iran?

thankyou, i did not make myself clear. in addition to proving who owns
the property address i also wanted confirmation of a bank account that
i know is in existence of which i have the account details.I will
