I'd like to know the number of country travel warnings (countries
recommended that Americans avoid) that the US Dept of State issued
yearly between 1988 and the present.  I undertand that the list is
constantly changing, that is why I'd like the total of countries by
year.  The names of the countries are not necessary, only the number
per year.
