I am considering selling prepaid cards for different networks around the world. I would like to know how the different business models work. I have heard different things from different people: * some say that the reseller gets commission on the calls, some say they don't * some say the reseller can control the tariff parameters (e.g. per-minute call rates, how often the account needs to be topped up and the 'shelf-life' of the credit), some say they can't. Are there different levels of reseller, some of which have these abilities and some which don't? Or do different networks have different business models? John |
