You can start out with this book as a general reference text for extraction methods and synthesis/production steps of fragances. "The chemistry of fragrances" compiled by David H. Pybus & Charles S. Sell, Royal Society Chemistry. ISBN. 0-85404-528-7 General flowcharts are going to be difficult to find, since each fragrance has to be purified by its own specific procedure. |
