I would like to find scholarly articles on the subject of email usage
over the last 10-15 years. I am specifically looking for information
on volume of email messages, usage patterns, diffusion of email into
organizations, etc. I need about 5-10 articles in this subject area.
The ideal material describes over time as opposed to articles which
present a snapshot in time. ACM and IEEE publications are a potential
source.
