I am looking for a source for the lace half seat covers that I see in the taxis, limos, everday driver's, etc. on my frequent trips to Taiwan, Japan, etc. They are made of see-thru lace, very intricate, and cover only the headrest and top-half of the car's seats (front and back ~ they come in a set) I cannot find anyone who sells these lace half seat covers via retail (by that I mean that I can buy just one set for my vehicle) These lace half seat covers come in a set (one passenger seat cover, one driver seat cover, and a large seat cover that fits the whole backseat), and only cover the headrest and top-half of the seat. I have found sources like Mayalsian textile mfg's on the internet, etc. who claim to make these seat covers, but cannot seem to find a store or internet seller who sells these lace seat cover sets. The few textile guys I have tried refuse to email me back. I know that many of the factory car dealers (like Mercedes, Saab, Volvo, etc) in Taiwan will sell these lace seat covers as accessories on new vehicles, but my 2005 Chrylser is not among the models available (not alot of Chryslers in Taiwan/Japan!) I need one of these sets to fit a 2005 Chrysler 300C, or need someone with the expertise that could custom make me a set for my vehicle. Please help a guy in distress! Thank you! |

If you can post the picture and the size that you need I can check a couple of stores here. These items (retail) are normally not available online - best bet would be to walk in the store and buy them. |

They don't sell them by size...they are custom made for your make/model of car. My car is a 2005 Chrysler 300C, and I am not sure if they make covers for my car yet. Nowhere in the USA can you find these, as they are not part of our culture. They are part of the Asian and Japanese culture, and alot of people have these lace half-covers on their car seats over there (even the yellow taxi's have them!) thanks for the comments thought! |
