You're asking for a lot, and possibly something that could violate FCC (if in US) regulations... There are a LOT of VIVO cards (video in/video out), even those that have a tuner. Are you aiming to broadcast to a station above channel 3 or 4 or do you want to view channels 14+ on a tv, but using a tuner in a computer? I'm not sure you're going to find what you're looking for, as you've probably seen everything with TV in (including coax) and VIVO having composite or S-video out which means the PC can change the channel... What type of application would you use this for anyway? |

Would you need something that outputs multiple feeds on multiple channels or would RCA on Line1 or or Line2 of the TV be adequate? |

It seems to me that either affixing an external RF modulator to the PC (or inside the PC, if the RFM is small enough) will be the way to go... |
