I am looking for a list of colleges and universities in the United
States. Along with that list I want to see the student enrollment
numbers. Details such as on and off campus enrollment and degree
program is nice, but not necessary. The list should not include
distance learning institutions, if possible.

Thank you for answering. Will this site give a list of all colleges
and universities in the US along with the enrollment numbers? If so,
bring it on.

I am looking for a list similar to this:

This site will not immediately give the number of students for the
university. You would have to enter the criteria you wish for it to
appear.

After further research, I have located a site which fits your
requirements perfectly.

Universities

Click on a state and a list of universities will result with the
number of students enrolled.
Clicking on the university will give the general information for that school.

Alternatively, click on a letter of  the alphabet and a list of
universities will result with the number of students enrolled.

This site does provide what I am looking for, though not in the format
I was looking for. If it had the list of universities and colleges in
a single list it would be easier to do automated research with them
(using Excel). As it is now, in order to gather the information, it
will take lots of manual labor to gather the information and weed out
the information I don't need such as beauty colleges.

You did find the information quickly though and it does give me a
starting point. Thank you.
