Hello!

I am currently studying in Israel and planning to study I/O Psychology
in one of the top US schools in the field. I am not sure when I am
going to start my graduate studies, so I thought that for now I would
take classes here, in a local respectable university, though would be
accredited by a future school.

For the answer to this question to be complete, please provide the following:
1.	Is there any way that a leading US university will recognize any
former studies? What are the usual terms for this recognition?
2.	I thought about asking the various US schools about those specific
courses that has the same key themes (say I have a local syllabi of
the courses I can translate to English) and the probability that they
will recognize them if I study them here. Does this procedure sound?
3.	If the answer to the second question is positive, please provide me
with a short example for appeal in such a purpose (a short text). If
it is negative, what can I actually do while staying here to advance
my proposed studies abroad?

Thanks a lot!
Jimmy
