What hotels in the Houston,TX area have Soapnet in their premium cable line-up

After looking up some Houston zip codes and searching through
Soapnet.com, I've only been able to come to the conclusion that unless
a hotel uses satellite for their tv, Soapnet is unavailable in the
Houston area. Time Warner services the area and does not provide it.
