I'm looking for the manufacturers of these TYPE glass head products.

There are several available in similar but different head shapes. I
can find many styles (search Glass Hat Head) on Ebay but I need a
container load so buying one at a time is not an option.

Most likely source is somewhere in Asia.

I located one company in the UK that supplies heads made of recycled glass.

They state on their website that they are able to supply anywhere in
the world and for shipping charges you just have to place your order
and choose the "E-mail me a Proforma.?  They are located in the UK and
are BS ISO 9002 accredited and have 25 years of experience.

Would the website and contact information of this company be an
adequate answer to your question?

Thanks for the first attempt but the UK company is only a retailer and
I already know of them. The UK price is actuially higher than the 50
or so other retailers on Ebay (serach Ebay GLASS HAT HEAD). The UK
company is not a manufacturer. There are probably at least 2 or 3
mfrs, most likely in Asia, because there are 3 distinct styles and at
least 6 colors (see Ebay again). Since Pier 1 Imports sells the
similar thing (see URL in original question) it leads me to believe
that it is both a currently manufactured product and from a developing
nation. I hope this clarifies it a little.

The Glass Head from Pier 1 Imports comes from Spain but I haven't been
able to locate the manufacturers. Hopefully another researcher will
have better luck.
