do you mean what positions and appointments were held at Mark Blacker
and Associates, as in vacancies offered from 1999-2001?
or the total number of staff, or perhaps it is some other point, could
you clarify please?

I am interested in any appointments and or positions held by Mark C.
Blacker, in Hong Kong during years 1999 to 2001.  I already know about
the Thakral director and McDonald's Hall of Fame and position held in
Chamber of Comerace.  He is an international banker and his company is
Mark Blacker and Associates, a consulting firm.  I tend to believe
this may have been a charity position or something like that.  It
might have been a little earlier, 1997 or 98 but no later then 2001.
