hi funnyscribe,

It would help if you could state the reason for your request.

For instance, are you asking how long it will take Vicodin to be
undetectable in a drug test?

If so, please specify whether the test is urine, hair. or blood, ...or unknown.

Thanks,
~~Cynthia

I'm talking about the body's dependence upon the opiate. How long
before the physical reliance, by the body, stops physically needing
Vicodin.

Thanks

Hi funnyscribe,

The short duration of your usage is in your favor. At the outside,
you will be totally Vicodin free in 14 days.

..."If a regular Vicodin user stops taking Vicodin, he or she will
experience Vicodin Withdrawal within six to twelve hours but the
symptoms are usually not life-threatening. The intensity of Vicodin
Withdrawal depends on the degree of the Vicodin addiction. For
example, the symptoms of withdrawal from Vicodin may grow stronger for
twenty-four to seventy-two hours and then gradually decline over a
period of seven to fourteen days..."

If you are worried about withdrawal, I believe the best practice is to
taper your meds. Cutting down one each day (5,4,3,2,1) in my
experience (I am not a doctor) eliminates all withdrawal symptoms.
