In what geographic area is the cafe located? What is your menu like? The cyber-cafe die-hards that I have met were there to play games on the LAN. You could find out what the local "kids" are into gamewise, set yourself up accordingly, and then make your product offering known. Marketing could be as simple as giving a talk to a computer club at a school or elsewhere. If your service is right, word of mouth will work well for you. Obviuously, if you are near an airport, motel, or the like, your target market will be different. Nice bid there. Traders are always wanting to get something for a value and limit their downside :) |

Try to build a webbased community around your cyber cafe, mainly game based is good, with a few surf stations. Look at http://boomtown.net for someone who does exactly that in a few european countries. |
