What programs in the Columbus Ohio area offer the quickest way to get
a respected degree or certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping that
could lead to a job? Community Colleges? Online courses? I received
a Bachelor's degree in business 15 years ago, but my employment
history has not at all involved Accounting. I would just like to
switch into that field at this late date, the quickest way possible.

There is no answer at this time.

I'm sure a researcher will post a full answer soon, but in the
meantime, it might be worth having a look at
http://www.instantdegrees.com/ (or any of the multiple other sites
offering similar services)

Thanks, I appreciate the comment. Actually, InstantDegree would be a
little TOO fast for me, since I do want to do some coursework that's
concentrated in Accounting or Bookkeeping. But I'm hoping to get some
of my older general credits to transfer over, if I have to go for a
second Bachelor's degree or something like that.

Thanks for the comment from the CPA. I did not get to read it too
closely yesterday because I was in a hurry, and now it has disappeared
for some reason. But I think the idea of a Masters in Accounting
rather than a second Bachelor's degree makes sense. I'm looking into
online courses right now. Looks like I won't be getting a paid answer
to this question. I may just cancel it and save 50 bucks.
