There is a word in an African language that means something like,
fierce or curageous or strong animal/lion....I think the word is
pronounced "Boesetha"...do you know the word I am looking for and how
to correctly spell it

It would be very helpful to know where you encountered this word.
There are so many African languages that it's very difficult to
research a question like this one. Any additional information might
provide a clue.

The name/word Boesatha or Boseda (spelling/pronunciation unclear) was
heard on a documentary show some time ago on African Wildlife and was
used in a way as to make the animal seem feerless, strong, I believe
they were discussing the traits of a lion or cub but, Im sorry to say
I do not know from what region of Africa.  I can only assume somewhere
that Lions would be prevelant....by the way, I think this would make a
great name for my pet.

I am sorry and have made a mistake.....the word pronounced Boesada,
means "BORN ON SUNDAY" in some African language.  Can anyone provide
the proper spelling and pronunciation?

The word you are thinking of is Boseda, or Bosede, which is a
masculine name in the language Tiv of Nigeria, meaning "born on
Sunday".

What comes to mind is 'Bayete Nkosi' which means Hail to the King in
Zulu and was the title for Shaka Zulu
