I am looking for 5 companies in Mumbai, India that makes "company
formation" - meaning that they do the paperswork to setup a "company
limited with 100.000 rupees". The maximum amount I will pay for the
companies help to do so is 10.000 rupees or 230 USD (excluding any
government fees).
   Therefore you must get a fixed bid from these companies by email
for "forming a limited private company with 100.000 rupees paid-in
capital".

Relevant company's to offer such services are often accounting
companies or "CPA's" (certified public accountant).
