After a quick search,

I found some software about the Siemens C25/S35
but I'm not sure about them being active x components.
Please remember to always do a virus check after downloading
any new software as we cannot guarantee files from the
internet to be virus free.

I've noticed that some of the programs are set
up to help you manually enter the ringtones into
your phone. I'm sure if you search around you can find
one of the programs to load ringtones via a data cable.

Hope this helps,
