Where can I find a glass cylinder with inner diameter of 90mm , Outer
diameter 95mm at length of at least 30cm - the glass should be clear -
with no marks.

Are you speaking of a cylinder with a bottom, of the type used in laboratories? 
(Only without the lines).

Or do you want a glass "tube" kind of cylinder?

What would you be using this cylinder for?

hi

I need it for a decorative box for a scroll, 
what really matters are the inner and outer diameteres, and the length
 if it has a bottom than I can later cut it. It is really assential
that the glass width and diameter would remain constant for all the
cylinder length.

We have 95mm od tubing with a 2.4mm wall. That will give you a 90.2mm
