What is the prcess to configure a printer via TCP/IP?

In Win2k/XP;

Go into "Printers" folder in Control Panel
Select "Add New Printer" 
Select "Local Printer Attached to this Computer" (believe it or not!)
Untick "Automatically Detect & Install"
Click "Next"
Enter IP Address...
Follow prompts...
Voila!

Oops sorry I missed out a step!

Go into "Printers" folder in Control Panel
Select "Add New Printer" 
Select "Local Printer Attached to this Computer" (believe it or not!)
Untick "Automatically Detect & Install"
Click "Next"
Select "Create a new port"
Select "Standard TCP/IP port"
Click "Next"
Enter IP Address...
Follow prompts...
Voila!
