How to load windows 98 se. I did find your answer but the page 
"http://dos.1i5.org/" is not available to download the win 98.exe
to a floppy disk

there are several solutions 

1. if the laptop supports it boot from the CD and take it from there

2. provided the hard drive of the laptop is already partioned and
formatted copy the entire CD to a folder on  your hard disk and run
the setup program

3. boot from the floppy , partion , format and install the system
files on your hard disk, reboot , remove the floppy drive insert the
cd rom drive , and follow suggestion 2
