I'm looking for information on how much money US businesses (or even
just one sector) spend yearly on diversity initiative programs,
encompassing EEOC compliance, hiring specialists, cultural sensitivity
programs, diversity workshops, etc. Looking for a ball park figure,
but with verifiable resources to back up the information.
