I'm currently running Windows XP Home (to upgrade to XP Professional
soon, but I assume the adjustment I need will run on both versions).
I have a two-monitor setup, and when I see the login screen (I turned
off the Welcome screen, it's now the default Windows 2000-style login
box) when I turn on my computer, the login box defaults its position
to the center of my primary monitor. I would like to set Windows to
display the login box somewhere else on the screen, whether it be the
corner or another monitor or off the screen all together. It's
probably a registry adjustment with X and Y values, but I can't seem
to find these values anywhere when I searched online. Also, I don't
want this to affect the default window placement of any of my other
applications after I login, so I assume it's a .Default registry
entry. Anyway, let me know if you can help. Thanks!

Has an interesting set of information. It may or may not apply, but it
tells how to modify some Windows settings.

^^ Thanks for the tip, but I've actually already checked those sites
and they didn't have the information I was looking for. I imagine
what I want to do is pretty uncommon, but I'm convinced that there has
to be a way to change that setting somehow.
