I am running a Japanese Windows XP Home Edition and I have lots of important Japanese programmes which do not support the Unicode. Now I'm endeavouring to use Russian programmes, which also do not support the Unicode. And my question is how to set up my Windows to run Russian programmes with the Russian encoding, keeping the default Windows encoding Japanese. |
