I have the following, broken down by country. I am in the process of
gathering Germany and France as well other countries that I come
across in research. Let me know if these statistics are what you are
looking for as there is a plethora of data on ED.
United States:
According the National Kidney and Uroligical Diseases Information
Clearhinghouse, from 2000-2002, 20 to 46 percent of men aged 40-69
reported moderate or complete erectile dysfunction and 26 new cases
per 1,000 population of men in that samy age demographic were reported
in 2,000
Another study by the National Institutes of Health said that in 2002,
there were 15 to 30 million men in the United States that experienced
chronic erectile dysfunction and that incidence of the increases with
age. Chronic ED affects about 5% of men in their 40s and 15?25% of men
by the age of 65. Transient ED and inadequate erection affect as many
as 50% of men between the ages of 40 and 70.

Japan, and Malaysia was conducted. The age-adjusted prevalence was
34% in Japan, 22% in Malaysia, 17% in Italy, and 15% in Brazil. The
overall age-specific prevalence was 9% for men aged 40 to 44 years,
12% for 45 to 49 years, 18% for 50 to 54 years, 29% for 55 to 59
years, 38% for 60 to 64 years, and 54% for those 65 to 70 years.

Germany and European Union
The following statistics arise (no pun intended) for EU countries:
UK: In 2002 men aged 55-70, erectile dysfunction was shown 6.9% of
men 55-60, 12.5% in men 61-65 and 22.2% in men 66-70.
In Germany, 4489 men aged 30-80 showed erectile dysfunction prevelance
was 19.2% with a steep (2.3%-53.4%) age-related increase.
Spain: A study of 2476 men aged 25-70 showed the overall prevelance was mild
Belgium: 800 men aged 50-70, the overall age-adjusted prevelance was
10.1% for severe, 24.7% for moderate and 26.6% for mild
Finland: Men aged 50-73 showed 45% minimal ED, 11% moderate ED and 7% complete ED
Netherlands: 1688 men aged 50-78, 17% reported ED and increased from
3% in men 50-54 up to 26% in men 70-78
The report shows an average prevelance of ED in the EU of 20-45%
