I need a list of countries/ telecommunication companies that suits to
the following parameters:
looking for mobile companies when there is a "destination" plan
available, allowing a person to call from mobile to some destination
(fix line phone) for free or with discounted pricing. For example in
Israel, company "Pelephon" allows its subscribers by paying about
$10/month to call to 3 destinations (land line) for free for total of
1500 minutes.
